Junior IMPs is for children aged 5 – 10 who love to sing and sign. IMPs members include children with a range of disabilities, siblings and friends of disabled members and children who simply love making music with friends.
Singing and signing is a fun way to build confidence and develop skills in communication and music making. Singing in a group is also a great way to make new friends!
Some young people come to IMPs independently and others come with a carer or support worker. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your individual support needs.
At Junior IMPs you can:
• Learn to sing and sign
• Take part in performances
• Write your own songs
• Have a lot of fun
• Make new friends
When: Mondays during term time, from 4:30 – 5:30pm
Where: Burton Stone Community Centre, Evelyn Crescent, York YO30 6DR
