iMUSE and Mindfulness Taster Evening, 13th November 2017
As part of our iMUSE programme for mental wellbeing, we’re holding a taster evening for people who are interested in mindfulness. The event will take place on Monday 13th November, from 6pm – 8pm at Burton Stone Community Centre.
We’ll be explaining what iMUSE is and exploring how it can be used to support mindfulness. There will be a short presentation and you’ll get the opportunity to try out iMUSE for yourself. We'll also discuss over tea/coffee how we can best use the iMUSE technology to support a mindfulness programme.
The event's open to mindfulness practitioners, people who use mindfulness and anyone interested in mental wellbeing.
To book your place, please email Julie Green at firstname.lastname@example.org.
“iMUSE is the only place where I’ve experienced real mindfulness and where I can really engage in self-care activity in the way all the self-help books and professionals describe. The multi-sensory element of iMUSE offers a positive distraction from the constant worry script and critical voice inside my head, allowing me to connect on a level outside my thoughts” Kirsty, mental health service user
