Take on a challenge
Chris and PJ ran the 2017 York 10K to raise funds for AAM, raising £305. Chris told us: I believe the difference that Accessible Arts & Media makes is about unlocking potential. Potential in people to learn, to enjoy, to perform, to interact with others they otherwise might not get the opportunity to. Also the potential in people to better understand, to care for and support those who face challenges in their everyday lives.
Hold a bake sale
George raised over £30 for IMPs by holding a bake sale at his school. And the staff and star bakers at ACM Global Central Laboratory in York held a bake sale raising £100 for AAM.
Put on a gig
Local band Cover Force Five put on a gig at the Fulford Arms, along with Joshua Nash, Isaac Lister and BingersUK. They raised a whopping £356 for AAM!
