iMUSE for mental wellbeing - sessions available this Autumn
We're running another series of iMUSE sessions to support mental wellbeing this Autumn, in partnership with The Hut.
We'll be working with The Hut's members every Tuesday afternoon until 11th December. And from 4pm - 8pm every Tuesday evening, we have 30-minute iMUSE sessions available to book.
These sessions are open to anyone, and you're welcome to come and try iMUSE free of charge.
iMUSE helps people living with anxiety and stress. It provides a relaxing space where you can relax, forget the outside world and feel your anxiety reduce.
Recent participants have told us:
