Join us for a Storytelling Safari

Join our IMPs (Inclusive Music Project) this August for a wonderfully wild adventure at Askham Bryan Wildlife and Conservation Park. At our two-day workshop, you’ll get up close with the animals to create an animated story using storyboards and characters inspired by the animals.

On day one you’ll capture sounds and create images from the wildlife park to build your musical story. Then on day two, you’ll use simple animation techniques to bring your story to life.

We'll be running our Safari on Monday the 5th and Tuesday 6th August from 10am to 3pm at Askham Bryan Wildlife and Conservation Park.

The workshop is fully inclusive and is for young people aged 5-11 years old. The workshop costs £20 for the two days with subsidised places and sibling discounts available on request.

Storytelling safari will be a fun-packed two days. You’ll get to meet the animals and explore and learn more about their environments in a creative and fun way!

To book your place or to find out more email imps@aamedia.org.uk or call 01904 626965.
