Making a difference is easier than you think!

With a new term comes new opportunities! We’re looking for new people to join our awesome team of fun-draising volunteers. Getting involved is easier than you’d think.

Accessible Arts & Media simply wouldn’t be where we are without people like you, willing to give an hour or two of your time to help. The role comes with loads of fun opportunities such as helping run a stall, collecting at one of our gigs or even helping cheer others on at fundraising events.

Are you friendly, outgoing and willing to give new things a go? Then we want to hear from you!

You don’t need any previous experience; we’ll show you everything you need to know and work around your schedule, so you get the most out of the role.

As a volunteer, you’ll get to:

  • Have fun and meet new people – If you love what we do, we’d love to meet you! Volunteer with us and you’ll get to meet lots of new people and have a lot of fun along the way!

  • Be part of the community – We’re all part of the AAM community here, and everyone has an important part to play. You’ll become part of this, and you’ll also be making a big difference to people in the local community.

  • Give your mental health a boostIt’s been shown that volunteering can improve mental wellbeing and lead to an increase in confidence and self-esteem. As well as feeling proud of the difference you’re making for the people who take part in our projects, you can make a positive difference for yourself too.

  • Come along to our gigs – Our members love performing and as a volunteer, you’ll be the first to know about any upcoming gigs, concerts or shows

Can you help with at least one fundraising event over the course of a year? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
