iMUSE for Wellbeing Sessions start again in September!

We’re delighted to announce that our face-to-face iMUSE for Wellbeing sessions are starting again in mid-September.

The half hour one-to-one sessions will be held at a new venue for us  - The Wellbeing Centre in The Raylor Centre on James Street in York. The room we’re using is a lovely, welcoming space with plenty of room for social distancing. The sessions are suitable for people who experience anxiety, stress, discomfort and pain and anyone looking for a creative, interactive or therapeutic activity that enhances wellbeing.

We'll be at the Wellbeing Centre every Wednesday between 10am - 3pm.

We’ve followed the latest government guidance relating to Covid-19 in our planning for the sessions, with extra time allocated between sessions for cleaning the room and equipment. We’ll continue to monitor government guidance and make adjustments as necessary.

You can find out more about iMUSE, how it works and the benefits it brings about on our Project page.

To book a place or to find out more, please contact Julie at imuse@aamedia.org.uk or leave a message on 01904 626965.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the new sessions!
