Consultation on activities for adults with learning disabilities in York - have your say!

To help us plan what new activities we might do, we're running a consultation.
We're asking adults with learning disabilities in York, and the people who support them, to let us know about the activities they'd like to do.
We're also talking to the organisations who provide activities and support for adults with learning disabilities in York.
Adults with learning disabilities, and family members and carers who support adults with learning disabilities
We want to ask you about the activities you currently go to. We also want to know if there are activities you’d like to do, but aren’t available, so we can try and fill the gaps.
The focus for this consultation is for young adults and adults. So we would really value your opinions if you're an adult, or if you're a young person transitioning into adult social care.
We’d be very grateful if you could spend a bit of time filling out our form to help us plan what to do in our new home in Clifton.
You can access the form by clicking on this link.
If you’d rather do this over the phone with Hannah, please let us know by e-mailing us at projects@aamedia.org.uk or calling 07762 428818.
Activity and Care Providers who support adults with learning disabilities in York
To help us start mapping current provision for adults with learning disabilities in York, we’d be really grateful if you could spend a few minutes completing our survey.
We want to work together with partners to map out current provision and identify any gaps. We also want to look at barriers to accessing activities and what we can do to remove them.
You can access the Providers survey by clicking on this link.
We hope to hear from as many people as possible. So we'd be very grateful if you could share the consultation surveys with anyone who might be interested in taking part. Thank you!
Both surveys will be open until the 19th of July.
