iMUSE a hit at Dementia Forward’s Brain Café

We were thrilled when Dementia Forward invited us to be part of their Brain Café pilot last month.
They’ve been piloting a new drop-in hub at New Earswick Folk Hall to support people living with dementia. Over 4 weeks, they brought in local services to provide support, advice and activities relating to brain health. We took along our interactive iMUSE experience for a day of free drop-in sessions.
Participants were able to experience vibrations through their feet, watch relaxing videos and play their own harp music with our motion sensor. The videos even prompted some lovely chats from participants as they shared happy memories from their lives.
A huge thank you to everyone who dropped in to try iMUSE and thanks to Dementia Forward for inviting us to get involved.
Head to our iMUSE page for more information on the benefits of iMUSE and how it can help people living with dementia, memory loss and mental ill-health.
