Well, look no further!
Accessible Arts & Media are hosting a training event to help you get to grips with Signalong - a sign supported communication provider that we use throughout our projects here at. You'll find us at Acomb Explore Library from 9-4pm on Friday 22nd April and our lovely Hannah will be leading the workshop.
Throughout the day we’ll teach the methodology of how to form signs correctly and clearly, vocabulary associated with Signalong and most importantly, how key word signing works. What's more, we'll be putting your new found skills into action with fun communication games throughout the day!
Everyone is welcome to attend but numbers are limited for this one off session so we advise you book asap if you're keen to learn more about accessible communication. You can get your tickets here.
