Musical fun this summer with our IMPs holiday clubs!
IMPs holiday clubs are back for a fun-filled musical summer!
We've got five holiday clubs for you this summer and we can't wait to hear all the fabulous sounds you'll make.
IMPs Sensory Jam - Wednesday 30th July, 1:30-3:30pm
Join the band with Kate and Ben! Rock out on instruments or sing your heart out on the microphone on the main stage in the activity room!
Or explore the backstage space to chill and make some beautiful sensory soundscapes.
IMPs Summer Soundscapes - Wednesday 6th August, 1:30-3:30pm
Join Gemma from Sounds of Divinity CIC with her chilled instruments, using drums and voice.
We'll create magical soundscapes that bring to life the feeling of sunshine, ocean waves, shimmering waterfalls and crackling campfires.
Alice in Musicals Land - Wednesday 13th August, 1:30-3:30pm
Where will the story take us? Join Kirsty on a sensory journey through wonderland!
We’ll play games with the Mad Hatter, sing songs with the flowers, strike up the band with the white rabbit, and dance with the Queen of Hearts.
Electronica! - Wednesday 20th August, 1:30-3:30pm
Get ready to party with Tom and Jodie as we explore accessible music technology!
We’ll use switches to record your own sounds, create crazy tunes and looping beats. Then we'll dance along with glow sticks and disco lights.
There will also be our VIP area in the breakout room to chill out whenever you want.
Festival Fun - Wednesday 27th August, 1:30-3:30pm
Join Anna to journey though the festival stages!
There’ll be dressing up and all types of music from rock classics to the originals, where you’ll be the star writing your own songs.
There will also be a ‘chill tent’ in the breakout room to enjoy some sensory time.
Where will sessions be happening?
All our holiday clubs will take place at Accessible Arts & Media, Clifton Explore, Rawcliffe Drive, York YO30 6NS
The building is fully accessible, with a Changing Places toilet.
There is free parking on-site, including four disabled parking bays. If the car park is full, there is plenty of on-street parking.

Who are the sessions aimed at?
Our IMPs holiday clubs are suitable for children and young people with learning disabilities age 8+. (If you fall outside of this age bracket but would still like to come, please contact us for a chat).
Our holiday clubs are fully inclusive, and you don't need any previous musical experience to take part. Our interactive multi sensory 1-1 sessions (iMUSE) are running alongside the group activities!
How much do they cost?
Sessions are £12 but we never want money to be a barrier to taking part. We have sibling discounts and fully subsidised places available - please get in touch if these apply.How to book your place
